8/19/14 – Heavy rains have caused rock slides and flooding in various areas especially along Interstate 17. Additionally highway 74 is closed due to flooding. Other highways not listed may also have debris and obstacles. If you are traveling to the Phoenix area please use extreme caution as ADOT crews will be out cleaning up highways and removing debris. Never enter flooded roadways as cars can be easily swept away by swift flowing water. Check AZ511.gov for updated closures and restrictions.
