WYRICK FIRE ADVISORY – EVACUATION “GO” ORDERS LIFTED FOR THE AREAS OF ANTELOPE VALLEY, DESPAIN RANCH AND AREAS NORTH OF THE STATE ROUTE 260 AND NORTH WEST OF STATE ROUTE 277

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Heber-Overgaard, Arizona

The Navajo County Sheriff’s Office has moved the following areas from GO to SET:

  • Antelope Valley
  • Despain Ranch
  • Areas north of the State Route 260 and north west State Route 277 

The following areas remain in the SET status:

  • Antelope Valley
  • Despain Ranch
  • Heber-Overgaard
  • Chevelon Retreat

SET – Be Alert

  • Know there is significant danger in your area
  • Residents should consider voluntarily relocating to a shelter or with family/friends outside the affected area. 
  • Grab your emergency go kit
  • Keep in mind the unique needs of your family and special equipment necessary for your pets and livestock
  • Stay aware of the latest news and information from public safety and public health officials
