The last report we received it showed it 90% contained.

Any news on whom or what may have ignited the Cedar Fire?? Lots of rumors going around. Now that it rained the evidence is gone right, so no conclusion.
No, we have not received notification on how the fire started. The fire crews are experts, so I would not say that the rain washed the evidence away. They have their ways of determining how it started.
