…FIRE WEATHER WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH MONDAY EVENING…

NO BURNING allowed during Red Flag conditions!

* AFFECTED AREAS…Most locations along and north of the
Mogollon Rim.

* WIND…Southwest 20 to 25 mph with gusts 30 to 40 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…7 to 15 percent.

* IMPACTS…Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring or are imminent. A combination of strong winds and low relative humidities can contribute to extreme fire behavior. A Fire Weather Watch means that critical fire weather conditions are possible. Listen for later forecasts and possible Red Flag Warnings.

 Due to high winds and relative low humidity a Red Flag warning has been issued from noon to 7 PM today.  No outside burning.  

4/20/17 6:45 pm APS has informed Navajo County Emergency Management that power has been restored. If you are still without power in the Holbrook area please contact APS at 855-688-2437 (Residential) or 602-371-6767 (Business).
