11/20/2013 – A period of wet and cooler weather will continue from Thursday through Sunday. Heavy rainfall accumulations are expected from Thursday night through Saturday along and south of the Mogollon Rim and White Mountains. At this time snow levels are forecast to remain above 7500 feet through Thursday night and falling to 6500 feet or lower by Friday and Saturday from the Mogollon Rim northward.
Those planning to travel or outdoor activities across northern Arizona should be prepared for poor travel conditions across the high country. If you do plan to travel take extra water, snacks and warm clothing or blankets with you.
