The Poco Fire reached 8,100 acres as of yesterday June 20, 2012 with 15% containment. Smoke from this fire is visible in areas across the White Mountains as well as northern towns such as Winslow, Holbrook and St. Johns.  (Source www.inciweb.org)

The Poco Fire located 6 miles northeast of Young is now at 8,100 acres and 15% contained. Smoke from this fire is visible in areas across Navajo County including Heber-Overgaard, Show Low, Pinetop-Lakeside as well as Holbrook and Winslow. Apache County cities and towns are also experiencing heavy smoke from this fire. There is a community meeting tonight at 6:00 p.m. at the Mogollon High School Gymnasium.

Brady Fire was contained at 7:36 pm Tuesday night June 19, 2012.  Size approx.  .3 acres.
