Winter Storm Warning Remains In Effect

1/8/16 – A Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 11 am this morning. Scattered snow showers will persist through late this morning and then decrease in coverage this afternoon. Snowfall rates up to inches per hour will cause reduced visibility.

Thursday Morning Weather Update

1/7/16 – A cold storm system will bring widespread precipitation through this evening to Northern Arizona. Snow levels will fall to 4000 feet. Winter Storm \Warning and Winter Weather Advisories remain in effect for areas above 5000 feet.

On Friday rain and snow showers are expected to decrease from west to east through the day. The Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories are scheduled to end at 11 am Friday.

Another quick-moving storm system may impact northern Arizona with rain and accumulating mountain snow for Saturday night and Sunday.
