Fire has been able to create a line around the fire and are in the mop-up stage. Crews will be monitoring throughout the night. Please refer back to this page for a morning update.

Residents on the north side of SR260 between FS 504 and Mustang Rd. are placed on “SET” status and are urged to make sure their Ready Kit is accessible in case this status changes. Crews are actively working to suppress this fire. Please avoid the area!
NCEM has received information regarding a fire near Forest Service Rd 504 and SR260. US Forest Service crews, Heber-Overgaard FD and NCSO are on scene and are actively suppressing the fire. Please avoid the area for the safety of all crews. Power lines may be affected so residents will need to be prepared for potential power outages. Navopache Electric crews are on scene as well. Updates will be posted as they are received.
