4/24/17 8:45 am – A passing weather disturbance will bring dry and windy conditions to northern Arizona. Wind gusts of 40 to 45 mph are expected from the Mogollon Rim and White Mountains northward. Winds will combine with dry conditions for hazardous fire weather conditions across northeast Arizona. A Wind Advisory and Red Flag Warning are in effect today for these conditions.

* AFFECTED AREAS…Most locations along and north of the
Mogollon Rim.

* WIND…Southwest 20 to 25 mph with gusts 30 to 40 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…7 to 15 percent.

* IMPACTS…Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
