Verizon customer dialed #311 at 2:10pm 6 26 14 and there was no message it appeared someone tried to put one on but did not complete it!
There is no need to dial #311; it is just 311 from any cell phone or landline. All 311 hotline calls and 928-333-3412 is being directed to the call center. So when you dial the number, you will speak to someone in person.
