Statewide COVID-19 blitz testing

Summit Healthcare is participating in the statewide COVID-19 testing blitz on May 9, 11, 13, 15, 16th in partnership with Sonora Quest Laboratories and Care 1st.

Individuals interested in getting tested can call Summit Healthcare at 928-537-6700 for a screening and to schedule an appointment. You must have an appointment to get tested.
