Fog This Morning in Northeastern Arizona

2/1/15 – Lingering moisture and wet ground conditions will result in areas of low clouds and fog across portions of Northeastern Arizona this morning and potentially again tonight. In particular areas along and adjacent to the Mogollon Rim and White Mountains as well as valleys of Northeast Arizona will be most susceptible to locally dense fog.

Fog Returning to Northern Arizona Tonight

1/27/2015 – Lingering moisture and wet ground conditions could result in the formation of patches of low clouds and fog across portions of north central Arizona from the Grand Canyon to along and south of the Mogollon Rim for tonight.

Another low pressure center off the Baja Coast will strengthen and move across Arizona from late Thursday through late Saturday. This storm has the potential to produce between one and two inches of liquid precipitation. Current projections keep the snow level at or above the 7500-8000 foot level through Friday afternoon then falling to 6500-7000 feet Friday night through Saturday.
