6/15/16 – The Cedar Creek Fire has reached 1,000+ acres. Crews are on scene in addition to the Very Large Air Tanker as well as additional air support. Additional resources have been ordered. Crews will be conducting back-burning to stop fire progression which will be causing additional smoke. There are NO evacuations ordered at this time!! We will update as we learn more information.

APS is reporting that there is a power outage that is affecting 1375 customers in the Holbrook area. Estimated time of restoration of power is approximately 4 hours. More information will be posted as it becomes available. APS advises that customers can check the status by going to their website at APS.com and view the outage map.

Due to the Cedar Creek fire US Highway 60 mp 337 to mp 321 will be closed in both directions to aid support for firefighting crews. More information will be posted as it becomes available.
