6/15/16 – Please be advised that if an evacuation is issued we will send out an alert through Ready Navajo County emergency alert system. If you have not signed up please do so by going to http://bit.ly/ReadyNavajoCounty.  Please do not call dispatch unless you are in need of law enforcement, fire or medical. Information will be updated as it is received.

6/15/16 – The Cedar Creek Fire has reached 1,000+ acres. Crews are on scene in addition to the Very Large Air Tanker as well as additional air support. Additional resources have been ordered. Crews will be conducting back-burning to stop fire progression which will be causing additional smoke. There are NO evacuations ordered at this time!! We will update as we learn more information.

APS is reporting that there is a power outage that is affecting 1375 customers in the Holbrook area. Estimated time of restoration of power is approximately 4 hours. More information will be posted as it becomes available. APS advises that customers can check the status by going to their website at APS.com and view the outage map.
