US 60 has reopened to traffic. Dozer lines have been formed around the fire area. Fire crews will continue to monitor the scene. Crews will remain on fire for several days to monitor the situation.

Use caution when in the area, watch for emergency responder vehicles and do not stop to view the scene. Thank you for your continued cooperation and support.

The area businesses have been evacuated. There have been no injuries and no structural damage outside of the plant.

PLEASE AVOID THE AREA!!!

US 60 has been closed and traffic is being rerouted to Bourdon Ranch Rd in White Mountain Lakes. Please avoid the area.

Show Low Fire Department with the assistance of Linden and Lakeside Fire Departments are responding to a fire at the Forest Energy Plant on US 60  in Show Low.  Updates will be posted as information is received and verified.
