6:25 PM Navopache Electric crews continue to work to restore power to areas including Whiteriver, Pinetop and Hondah-McNary. Power was restored in some areas earlier this afternoon.

Navopache crews have located the problem that caused the power outage and are working to restore power.

Power has been restored in Cibecue, crews working to restore power in the other affected areas.

Navopache Electric is reporting a major power transmission outage that is affecting most of Wagon Wheel, Pinetop-Lakeside, Show Low, Whiteriver, Cibecue, Hondah-McNary and Greens Peak areas. No information is available on what caused the outage and no information as to when power will be restored.
