4/17/18 7:30 a.m. – The National Weather Service has issued a Red Flag Warning for a large portion of Northeastern Arizona today. The Red Flag Warning is in effect now until 6:00 pm this evening.

All burn permit activities are suspended during Red Flag Warnings!

In addition, a Fire Weather Watch is in effect from Thursday morning through Thursday evening due to strong winds and low relative humidity for all of Northern Arizona. A Fire Weather Watch Means that critical fire weather conditions are possible.
